Lead TikTok’s enterprise client solutions for the Media & Entertainment vertical, owning revenue targets and driving flawless campaign execution. Serve as the voice of the customer—training and developing Client Solutions Managers, building data-driven playbooks, and advising clients on TikTok ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs. Partner with Sales, Vertical Leadership, and Product to surface advertiser needs and scale best practices that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive vertical strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution.
•Become a subject matter expert on how TikTok serves clients and educate clients and agencies on alpha and beta product solutions and best practices.
•Use data to identify consumer trends and develop/evolve playbooks that drive measurable client business outcomes.
•Coach and develop Client Solutions teams in consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and scalable selling while building a culture of accountability and high performance.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Vertical Leadership to surface advertiser needs, inform product roadmaps, and advance go-to-market strategy.

Key Requirements

•Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
•Experience managing client solutions teams with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.
•Ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and assess campaign performance effectively.
•Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
•Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot and escalate through the proper channels.
