Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Tools and Capabilities for the Group AI Platform.
•Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
•Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental products to the bank.
•Gather requirements, manage the backlog, and translate them into scalable platform solutions with clear success criteria.
•Run discovery across AI Platform stakeholders to identify friction points limiting adoption and prioritize features by business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

Key Requirements

•Act as a product lead building B2B products, ideally in a financial setting using AI/ML, with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•Bring 10+ years of experience in ML/AI or a related field.
•Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
•Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance, and ensure responsible AI practices (transparency, fairness, privacy, regulatory compliance).
