Senior Capture Team Lead – Millennium Space Systems

Shape markets and capture new business for Millennium Space Systems by leading mission-area capture campaigns from early opportunity identification through contract award and transition to execution. Build and lead cross-functional teams, translate mission strategy into prioritized capture plans, engage U.S. Government customers, and develop win strategies using competitive insight and business cases. Partner with engineering, programs, Contracts, and Global Supply Chain, and drive campaign execution through Gate Reviews and proposal approvals.
