Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the monthly plan based on quarterly targets and align mine planning with shipping and commercial requirements.
  • •Translate quarterly plans into operational details to maintain continuous bauxite supply that matches shipping requirements.
  • •Provide up-to-date guidance on mine status and ensure corrective actions are taken when deviations occur.
  • •Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather inputs and prepare mid-month and end-of-month reconciliations.
  • •Monitor plan implementation by tracking progress against actuals and engage customers and stakeholders to support the planning process.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.

  • •Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Deswik.
