Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related deposit and lending products.
  • •Meet individual activity and outcome goals, using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
