Job Summary

Work as a plant laborer supporting daily cement operations by following safety guidelines, performing general clean-up, and assisting with production tasks such as replacing kiln/cooler brick, bagging dust collectors, and sorting/adding mill balls. You’ll also haul and load CKD using mobile equipment and support maintenance and construction work including concrete pours, minor repairs, and utility adjustments. This rotating 12-hour role reports to the Production Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
•Perform general clean-up duties around the plant, including sweeping floors and cleaning spills around machinery and equipment.
•Support production work such as replacing brick in the kiln/cooler, performing chain work and castable pours, and cleaning and bagging dust collectors.
•Sort and add mill balls as needed, haul dust (CKD) with mobile equipment, and load CKD trucks for customers.
•Perform general maintenance and construction work, including concrete pours, wood construction, wire pulling, painting, minor equipment repair, and related duties as assigned.
