Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for digital transformation initiatives within the Infrastructure team and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts across engineering.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve engineering and project execution processes through automation, digitalization, data analytics, and AI.
  • •Translate business requirements into digital use cases and support business case development for digital initiatives.
  • •Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve digital tools, automation solutions, dashboards, reporting, and AI-enabled applications.
  • •Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, user support, training, and change management while ensuring governance, cybersecurity, software development, and data management compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development methodologies, system integrations, and modern data management practices.
  • •Have experience with Artificial Intelligence (including Generative AI) and Machine Learning applications, automation technologies, or emerging digital solutions.
  • •Have experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions supporting engineering, project execution, or business processes.
  • •Demonstrate practical experience with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code technologies such as Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot, automation, and collaboration tools; basic Python scripting is a plus.
