Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to support client retention and new-to-bank growth.
  • •Pull and analyze credit reports, review income/asset documentation, and assist with optimal loan structuring.
  • •Run Desktop Underwriter (DU), stack files for submission, and request/clear underwriting conditions to support on-time closings.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and realtors, providing status updates and managing high-priority appointments and MLO calendars.
  • •Track document requests in Encompass and Salesforce, review incoming files within 24 hours, resolve file issues with MLOs/underwriters, and maintain RESPA/TILA-compliant, audit-ready documentation.

Salary: USD 27.2 - 51 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional office experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the mortgage or banking industry.
  • •Ability to manage client relationships and execute marketing initiatives for retention and new lead generation.
  • •General fluency in FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines.
  • •Experience with Encompass LOS (or similar mortgage software) and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • •Elite verbal and written communication skills and an uncompromising eye for detail in a high-volume pipeline.
