Key Responsibilities

•Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
•Follow shift schedules, pump water at free refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates.
•Learn and use a two-way radio, listen for calls, and respond immediately; perform emergency medical calls.
•Assist distressed individuals and support headliners with directional guidance at entrance areas using megaphones.
•Memorize event information from the event website, festival guide, and staff guide; understand evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Customer service-related work experience is preferred.
•Experience using radios and the ability to work under pressure in stressful environments.
•Energetic, focused, and able to take initiative while handling and prioritizing multiple competing assignments and managing deadlines.
•Professional, courteous interaction with all individuals and the ability to de-escalate situations.
•Ability to stand for up to four hours, walk long distances, lift up to 20 lbs, and walk up/down stairs.
