Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Business Analyst for LoanIQ platform initiatives, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across loan operations, middle office, front office, finance, risk, compliance, and technology to gather and document requirements.
  • •Analyze current-state workflows and define target-state processes for syndicated loans, bilateral loans, agency lending, loan servicing, and trade lifecycle activities.
  • •Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Support end-to-end delivery (requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, post-production support) and assist with LoanIQ configuration and interface validation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within banking, financial services, or capital markets.
  • •Hands-on experience with LoanIQ in analysis, operations, implementation, or technology delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle (deal setup through funding, drawdowns, repayments, amendments, and servicing).
  • •Experience with syndicated loans and related workflows such as leveraged finance, agency lending, bilateral lending, or loan trading.
  • •Ability to document detailed business requirements (functional specs, data flows, process maps) and support UAT, defect management, and production implementation.
