Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to gather requirements and analyze current workflows for syndicated and bilateral lending processes. Define target-state solutions for LoanIQ platform initiatives, translating needs into user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. Support end-to-end delivery—from requirements and solution design through testing, implementation, and post-production support—while facilitating workshops and ensuring regulatory and control alignment.
