Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new contract logistics launches in line with the Launch Governance Methodology/approach.
  • •Plan, develop, test, and implement launches to ensure timely deliverables, project success, and quality.
  • •Manage project launch budgets and identify and resolve problems to ensure goals are met.
  • •Escalate critical project issues to the Ops Launch Director, Project Manager, and PMO team.
  • •Serve as primary system SME through UAT to project go-live, ensure process flows and operational handover, and support operational launch team training.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in successful warehouse operations management in a senior capacity.
  • •Fluency in German is essential.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to work across management and operations levels.
  • •Experience with new site launches and/or continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous.
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to translate ideas into action.
