Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and administer compensation processes, including salary ranges, market matching, market movements/adjustments, promotions, premium calculations, retroactive pay, and related programs.
  • •Support compensation market surveys by analyzing data and job matching to ensure timely and accurate completion for the region.
  • •Administer job descriptions data for hourly and salaried roles, prepare compensation offers and pay actions, and support pay change documentation for payroll, finance, and audits.
  • •Investigate compensation cases, lead compensation case inquiries (job evaluation, job title creation, benchmarking, compensation questions/complaints), and ensure service level agreements and standard work processes are followed.
  • •Perform internal audits of HR systems to improve HR and employee data integrity; coordinate promotions/skill progressions and administer car allowance/toll car recharges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
  • •1–2 years of experience in compensation and benefits support processes.
  • •Preferred experience with salary surveys, compensation analysis, job evaluation, and salary range development.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail using large data sets.
  • •Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written, verbal, and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.
