Key Responsibilities

•Own supply quality issues for Curri’s most important customers by partnering with Growth to investigate root causes and drive fixes to resolution.
•Manage Curri’s external BPO team day to day, including building and maintaining SOPs, leading training, and maintaining a consistent quality bar.
•Run and continuously improve Curri’s core driver quality programs and processes.
•Coordinate across Growth, Revenue Operations, and other teams to flag, escalate, and resolve supply quality issues before they become churn.
•Track and analyze driver quality program metrics using spreadsheets and SQL, turning data into actionable recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

•Data-first approach using spreadsheets and SQL to organize information, track metrics, and support decisions with evidence.
•Strong ownership mentality to work through ambiguity and drive solutions to completion.
•Startup experience.
•Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational workflows.
•Strong SQL skills beyond basic querying.
