Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute audit programs within defined project timelines, working independently with limited supervision and periodic review.
  • •Participate in audit planning for operational audits and advisory projects (regional audits, process reviews, supplier audits).
  • •Conduct process interviews and walkthroughs, document key attributes, and perform audit fieldwork in accordance with IIA standards.
  • •Design testing attributes, ensure work papers are complete, draft findings, and present results to stakeholders and project teams.
  • •Monitor remediation progress, validate corrective actions, and provide status updates until audit closure in Optro.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in internal audit or compliance in complex, global environments, including operational audits and advisory projects in high-risk, high-complexity engagements.
  • •Proficiency with audit tools/documentation (Optro) and IIA standards, including ability to establish and enforce quality standards across a team.
  • •Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve audit effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
