Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works.
  • •Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • •Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing requirements.
  • •Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
  • •10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing.
  • •Strong experience managing substructure and superstructure works, steel and concrete structures, architectural and building envelope systems.
  • •Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing multiple contractors and coordinating with MEP and commissioning teams.
