Key Responsibilities

  • •Set a clear design vision for IT Services within Service Collection and break it into pieces the team can ship.
  • •Partner with leadership and teams to shape AI features across Rovo and JSM, from helpseeker experiences to agent workflows.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse design team across geographies with a high bar for craft.
  • •Lead design adoption of AI in daily practice by bringing new tools into workflows, changing research/prototyping/shipping, and coaching designers.
  • •Drive multiple initiatives from idea to launch, owning customer outcomes and business impact and communicating plans clearly to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing designers, leading the work, shaping quality, and coaching designers through hard product problems.
  • •Strong design craft and ability to show what great design looks like, with leadership as the primary focus.
  • •Experience leading teams through a shift to AI, including tools and workflow changes you drove yourself.
  • •Comfort working with AI practice and its impact on design, including speed, ambiguity, and constant learning.
  • •Experience leading platform or complex conceptual work, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
