Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end post-offer processes, coordinating background verification to support onboarding/Day 1 candidate and colleague experience.
  • •Monitor Recruitment Operations shared inbox and respond to candidate queries.
  • •Ensure adherence to SLAs, metrics, and deliverables while driving operational excellence.
  • •Develop understanding of market nuances across 12 APAC markets and identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to ensure post-offer processes are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • •3+ years of work experience, with HR operations or recruitment experience preferred
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (N2 or higher) and English
  • •Ability to handle multiple assignments, resolve conflicting priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office tools and ORC, with ability to learn new AI tools as needed
