Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Oversee day-to-day banking center operations by supervising tellers and monitoring cash handling, access controls, and transaction processing. Lead client experience efforts, resolve client issues, and support cross-selling and referrals. Ensure compliance with policies, risk management, internal controls, and audit/security procedures, including quarterly and annual audit functions. Manage teller workflow, training needs, performance support, and staff meetings to implement new policies and improve service and sales execution.
