Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
  • •Mature the HR technology operating model, including governance, release management, support processes, data quality, service ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage a SuccessFactors development team of 4–6 individual contributors across Manila and the UK, covering new module delivery, enhancements, integrations, releases, and BAU support.
  • •Drive end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, execution, reporting, risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
  • •Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, deployment, role-based permissions, integrations, data quality, and compliance controls while partnering with HR to capture and translate requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience including platform administration, configuration, support, governance, release management, integrations, role-based permissions, and continuous improvement.
  • •Proven experience delivering HR technology projects end to end, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management, reporting, and budget ownership.
  • •Ability to oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, deployment, integrations, data quality, and compliance controls in a complex organization.
  • •Experience facilitating Agile delivery (backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) with clear progress and blocker reporting.
  • •Ability to build trust with HR and business stakeholders and translate HR strategy into a practical technology roadmap that improves employee experience and process efficiency.
