Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage security compliance programs across multiple domains, including PCI-DSS and PCI 3DS certifications and security requirements tied to risk domains (detection and monitoring, data loss prevention, vulnerability management).
  • •Own and manage three operational risk domains: Incident Management, Change Management, and Business Continuity Management.
  • •Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational program designs for engineering teams.
  • •Plan, write, and implement process documents and enablement materials for operational teams, leadership, auditors, and regulators.
  • •Oversee regulatory frameworks such as DORA and other DNB mandates, maintaining awareness of obligations across global regions (e.g., OCC, MAS TRM, RBI, BNM).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years implementing security compliance, tech operations management, security and technology risk, or a closely adjacent discipline in a fast-growing company, ideally in financial services or payments.
  • •Experience in security engineering/GRC roles with prior PCI-DSS and PCI 3DS domain experience.
  • •Proven experience as a first-line owner embedded in operational reality.
  • •Ability to manage complex operational risk domains simultaneously, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Business Continuity Management.
  • •Strong written communication skills for producing artifacts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
