Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology, or related field, plus at least 2 years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating roles; or 5+ years of equivalent HVAC experience.
  • •Knowledge and experience completing commercial AHU selections and submittals.
  • •Ability to review plans, specifications, transition documents, and original estimates/proposals to validate scope, quantities, and equipment configurations.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls (preferred).
  • •Flexibility to work outside normal hours as required and ability to maintain a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months without major/frequent traffic violations.
