Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor cross-functional project activities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations within Manufacturing Excellence. Support project governance with meeting scheduling, agendas, and minutes, and drive follow-ups to hit milestones. Collect and validate plant performance data, standardize reporting templates, and prepare dashboards, charts, and management summaries using tools such as Excel and Power BI. Help identify repetitive tasks to automate digital workflows and improve reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and action plans across functions.
•Support project governance, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
•Track project progress, risks, issues, and escalation points; follow up to ensure milestone completion.
•Collect and validate plant performance data, prepare productivity/quality/delivery/cost/efficiency reports, and support performance reviews.
•Support dashboard development and digitalization/automation by improving reporting tools, standardizing templates, and building simple digital workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing reporting, data analysis, or operational improvement.
•Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment is preferred.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
•Strong project tracking, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and summarize actionable insights.
