Job Summary

Own FP&A for a multi-brand retail portfolio, building annual budgets and rolling forecasts across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. Track performance vs. budget/forecast, drive month-end close analysis, and deliver monthly P&L and management reporting by channel, brand, and store. Build KPI dashboards and improve financial models, automating recurring reporting with Excel, Power BI, and AI tools while supporting ERP/BI enhancements and decision-support scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain annual and monthly budgets and rolling forecasts by channel, brand, and store across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
•Track plans against budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities.
•Lead month-end close collaboration on accruals and analytical review; deliver the monthly management reporting pack with P&L and variances.
•Prepare PowerPoint decks for business reviews, leadership meetings, and brand principal updates.
•Maintain KPI dashboards and improve financial models/automate recurring reports; support ERP/BI enhancements and document reporting processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CFA (qualified or part-qualified) preferred.
•5 to 8 years in FP&A or commercial finance, including 2 to 3 years in retail (multi-store, multi-channel, or franchise businesses).
•Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint; Power BI or a similar BI tool is a plus.
•Hands-on experience of a major ERP (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights for decision-making.
