Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily clinic flow including scheduling, employee check-ins, occupational health exams, medical surveillance appointments, and follow-up documentation.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, HR, supervisors, healthcare providers, and EHS partners by phone and in person.
  • •Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, charts, forms, injury-report documentation, and compliance paperwork with confidentiality.
  • •After training, support basic clinical services such as vital signs, screenings, specimen collection, and first aid support within established protocols.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment including supplies, inventory, equipment readiness, and related duties to support safe clinic operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through to manage high-volume administrative work independently.
  • •Experience in a medical, occupational health, clinic, nursing home, doctor’s office, CNA, nurse assistant, or similar patient-facing setting.
  • •Comfort performing or learning basic clinical tasks such as vital signs, first aid support, screenings, and specimen collection.
  • •Sound judgment to recognize when a situation needs escalation to the RN or physician and to ask questions when appropriate.
  • •Professional communication and customer service skills, staying calm and respectful with frustrated or difficult individuals.
