Production Supervisor - 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Supervise manufacturing production on the Mission, TX site for the 2nd shift. Analyze daily production plans, coordinate resources, and develop work plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people targets. Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and the 5S program, ensure equipment start-ups and SOPs, and verify molded product conformance. Lead, train, and manage production associates while enforcing Quality and EHS standards.
