Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead packaging strategic procurement initiatives across North America, managing a team of Associate Strategy Managers and Strategy Managers.
  • •Own annual packaging budgets and support COGS management, including monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and reporting of key variance drivers.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert across packaging categories to develop category strategies and execute supply chain transformation projects.
  • •Negotiate contracts and master services agreements with suppliers, coordinating pre- and post-award functions and aligning with internal stakeholders (Ops, Legal, Finance).
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to approve weekly supplier allocations, set SKU usage parameters, and develop new packaging solutions while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
