Job Summary

Manage the OTA Program Management Office (PMO) within the Contract Vehicle Center, supporting day-to-day compliance, administration, and customer interaction. Drive vehicle awareness through outreach and training, and help RTX teams pursue OTA task order opportunities via capture strategy, white paper shaping, and proposal development. Lead kickoff and guide performers through proposal processes, participate in gate reviews, maintain pipeline records, and build relationships across business units and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day PMO operations including compliance, administration, and customer interaction.
•Build awareness of OTA vehicles through outreach, training, and timely responses to inquiries.
•Assist RTX performers with pursuit of task order opportunities, including capture strategies, white paper shaping, and proposal development.
•Hold kickoff meetings and guide (or oversee) performers through proposal processes to submit timely, compliant, winning proposals.
•Maintain pipeline management records in real time, coordinate with business units to avoid duplicates, and ensure OTA vehicle compliance and conditions.
•Attend meetings between RTX performers and government customers and support OTA and consortium engagements as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
•Proficiency navigating contract vehicles and government acquisition/contracting procedures to support growth initiatives.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
•Experience collaborating across functional areas including Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Business Development, and Supply Chain.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
