Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with clinical staff to support patients and referring physicians, ensuring quality care and service.
  • •Schedule appointments and follow-ups, collect intake forms, maintain patient files/notes, and complete benefit checks and insurance authorizations.
  • •Provide first-level patient support, answer questions, check patients in/out, and collect/process payments.
  • •Assist with repairs under the supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional and process patient orders, including verifying pick-up and entering information into the system.
