Key Responsibilities

  • •Design shell-and-tube heat exchangers and perform performance validation for refrigeration systems.
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain heat exchanger design specifications and guidelines.
  • •Ensure designs and changes are qualified and implemented according to company standards.
  • •Use advanced simulation software and testing equipment to support technical work.
  • •Monitor competitors and technology trends to enhance customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Thermal Energy Engineering or a related field.
  • •CET-6 English proficiency or equivalent.
  • •Solid foundation in heat transfer theory, using programming languages such as C, VBA, and Python for heat transfer simulation and modeling.
  • •Familiarity with the latest academic developments in heat transfer.
  • •Preferred: pressure vessel design experience and refrigeration/air conditioning principles; preferred CFD tools such as Fluent, Icepak, and CFX.
