Key Responsibilities

  • •Support compliance and control requirements to ensure adherence with applicable federal banking laws and regulations.
  • •Perform research and reviews of regulatory materials, announcements, and related publications.
  • •Perform third-party reviews and participate in change management, complaint management, and supporting first-line activities.
  • •Review audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions with business owners, and provide support during audits and examinations by internal auditors and federal regulators.
  • •Maintain documentation, coordinate regulatory logs, compile monthly/quarterly reports, and assist with special projects and assigned deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a financial institution environment.
  • •3+ years of experience in consumer compliance.
  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •Maintain required training in a self-paced environment and complete additional off-site training as required.
  • •Develop subject matter expertise for assigned compliance areas and support the development/implementation of controls.
