Job Summary

Design, build, and demo solutions that address enterprise business challenges in UCaaS, partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success. You’ll support Account Executives and Channel Account Managers by communicating Zoom’s AI-powered UCaaS value, leading pre-sales opportunities, and delivering demos/PoCs/deal support. As a subject-matter expert in Agentic and Conversational AI integration, you’ll contribute market insights and help shape next-generation AI communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic sales opportunities and provide pre-sales support for customers.
•Enable partners and internal teams, building relationships across customer and channel ecosystems to support AI-powered UCaaS adoption.
•Serve as a subject-matter expert for AI-powered UCaaS services, staying current on AI industry trends and competitive landscape.
•Collaborate with global teams to drive product innovation and customer-centric solution development.
•Design and deliver next-generation AI communication solutions through demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and deal support.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience for enterprise customers in UCaaS/CCaaS.
•Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
•Experience with AI knowledge management systems such as Glean, Amazon, and Coveo is highly regarded.
•Excellent presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
•Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred), with strong ability to collaborate and influence sales, marketing, and product teams.
