Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Pet Food Safety system, ensuring compliance with FSSC22000, GMP+, and internal standards.
  • •Lead pet food transformation activities, including risk assessments, validations, cleaning validation, zoning, and segregation strategies.
  • •Chair the HACCP team and continuously analyze and update food safety hazards arising from new product flows and raw materials.
  • •Responsible for Quality within Management of Change and product transfer projects, ensuring safe and compliant implementation.
  • •Ensure supplier and raw material quality through oversight of approval processes, monitoring, and management of pet food safety risks.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc/BSc in Food Science, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
  • •5–10 years of experience in quality within food, feed, or pet food industries

  • •Experience in site transformation or brownfield projects preferred
