Own strategy and execution for a defined product area within a design tribe, shaping insight-led experience direction across complex workflows. Lead discovery, translate qualitative and quantitative signals into testable hypotheses and product recommendations, and drive cross-squad initiatives with clear experience intent. Anticipate downstream risks, make high-quality trade-offs, establish post-launch evaluation, and create reusable patterns. Also mentor junior designers and raise craft standards across the tribe.
