Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Agency Partnership Managers to guide revenue-driving strategies, maintain an agency leaderboard, and deliver performance scorecards and dashboards.
•Identify new growth opportunities and design go-to-market strategies, including tracking pitching rates, performance progression, and product adoption.
•Lead and scale strategic initiatives across agencies by setting priorities and hitlists to maximize penetration and measurable impact.
•Provide product education and enablement through structured training, assessing program effectiveness with KPIs, and developing case studies and an external hub library.
•Build and nurture long-term agency partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing proactive support to strengthen retention and sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or media planning/buying.
•Strong understanding of media KPIs across both performance and brand campaigns.
•Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
•Experience building scalable programs or enablement initiatives that drive education and product adoption.
•Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
