Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the architecture and roadmap for OLIX’s business-systems stack, including identity/IAM, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian, and adjacent HRIS/ATS/finance platforms, ensuring they scale with growth.
  • •Lead IT and systems projects end to end from scoping through delivery, automating recurring work and improving the day-one/day-to-day experience for employees.
  • •Act as the final escalation point for complex cross-system issues, performing expert root cause analysis and implementing architectural changes to prevent recurrence.
  • •Build AI-enabled agents and automations by partnering with teams to design scalable processes and develop tools/scripts/workflows using Google Workspace and IDP APIs.
  • •Partner with InfoSec on SaaS vendor reviews and rollouts to ensure secure onboarding, including SSO, SCIM, and least-privilege access.
  • •Additional: Find and fix friction/quality gaps in how IT and systems operate and mentor others while raising the team’s bar.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in IT systems engineering, owning systems end to end rather than handling tickets within someone else’s design.
  • •Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac device management, Google Workspace administration, and Google Cloud Identity across users, devices, and applications.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with SSO and identity platforms (ideally Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud), including rebuilding or migrating between identity providers.
  • •Experience administering SaaS and collaboration tools at company scale (Slack, Notion, Atlassian Jira/Confluence).
  • •Coding/scripting experience in one or more general-purpose languages plus familiarity with Google Workspace developer tools (Apps Script, Workspace APIs).
