Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date to ensure timely, accurate, compliant onboarding.
  • •Prepare, review, and issue offer documentation, contracts, and addenda using approved templates and regional guidance.
  • •Coordinate and track pre-hire activities (e.g., background checks, work authorization, references, and market-specific requirements).
  • •Be a key post-offer point of contact for candidates, providing clear updates and guidance on pre-employment and onboarding tasks.
  • •Maintain accurate HR system data and documentation (ATS, HRIS, screening platforms, digital signature tools), identify issues, and support standardization and improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role, ideally in a global or multinational environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes involving multiple collaborators, regions, or time zones with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Confidence working with HR and recruiting systems (ATS, HRIS, background screening, and digital signature tools) and Microsoft Office.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, supportive style when interacting with candidates and internal partners.
  • •Strong integrity and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive candidate and employee data and a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
