Partner with UK and SEA teams, manage external laboratories when needed, and drive continuous improvement using automation, AI/ML, and data analytics.

•Interrogate design specifications to formulate test procedures and acceptance criteria for product verification, ensuring compliance with relevant international standards.
•Design, develop, and validate prototype jigs, fixtures, and test apparatus to support method development and identify manufacturing risks.
•Analyze test results, manage data, and interpret findings to drive reliable decisions and improve test methods and GRR performance using statistical techniques.
•Source, evaluate, and manage external laboratories when internal capability is unavailable to support verification plans.
•Execute preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment, and drive continuous improvement via automation, AI/ML, and data analytics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a science discipline.
•2–3 years of product verification experience in consumer electronics.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using mathematical and statistical principles.
•Hands-on laboratory experience with investigative testing and experimental setup.
•Experience designing or building test equipment in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or software domains.
