Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure product flow through shipment processing
  • •Use metrics and business acumen to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs to ensure customer satisfaction
