Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the month-end financial statement close by reviewing account reconciliations and supporting staff priorities
  • •Drive efficiency, scalability, control automation, and reporting quality initiatives across the controllership organization
  • •Ensure accounting policies and procedures follow GAAP principles and oversee journal entries and GL reconciliations
  • •Partner with offshore accounting teams to guide deliverables, streamline handoffs, and maintain quality standards
  • •Support audit activities and improve expense monitoring with FP&A and business stakeholders, including accruals and discrepancy investigation

Key Requirements
