Client Services-MM - Client Services Associate I

Resolve routine and complex client service issues for a range of cash and derivative products, exchanges, order types, and trade/margin inquiries. Assist with trading platform operations, analyze and test existing systems and procedures, and support enhancements. Collaborate across Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance teams to manage broad service issues. Apply strong product knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and clear bilingual communication in a fast-paced environment.
