Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle, analyze and resolve claims for commercial business (Property, Liability, and related lines) independently and in line with Zurich’s service standards.
  • •Review policy coverage, gather facts, assess losses, and negotiate settlements with customers, brokers, and other partners.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely claims handling, balancing customer focus with adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Risk Engineering, and Legal to resolve complex cases and identify process improvements.
  • •Support digitalization and continuous development of claims processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years (mid-level) or 8+ years (expert level) claims handling experience in commercial, industrial, or corporate insurance.
  • •Degree in Law, Insurance, Business, or related discipline; professional insurance qualifications are a plus.
  • •Analytical, decisive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders under time pressure.
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
