Key Responsibilities

•Discovery & Needs Assessment: Engaging with prospects to identify business challenges, objectives, and KPIs.
•Solution Design & Architecture: Tailoring products (software/hardware) to meet customer requirements.
•Demonstrations & Presentations: Conducting tailored live demos to showcase value to technical and business stakeholders.
•Technical Proposals (RFPs/RFIs): Responding to RFPs and creating technical documentation.
•Proof of Concept (POC): Managing POC projects to prove solution effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Technical expertise in unified communications and contact center across Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco (on-prem and cloud – CcaaS, UCaaS, SaaS); strong understanding of SIP, H.323, ISDN and related signaling; solid IT/networking knowledge (LAN/WAN).
•Pre-Sales certification in Avaya/Genesys/Cisco UC/CC technology (on-prem and cloud).
•Ability to translate customer requirements into clear business value through effective communication.
•Understanding of industry trends and ability to map solutions to client goals (business acumen).
•Typically 4-6 years of experience in presales or solutions engineering.
