Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement community relations strategies aligned with mission, values, and business objectives.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with local officials and key stakeholders, including community and educational organizations.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach activities such as events, open houses, facility tours, sponsorships, volunteer activities, and educational programs.
  • •Manage community investment initiatives, including charitable donations, sponsorship requests, grant programs, and volunteer engagement.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to create external communications and digital/social content; monitor public sentiment and engagement metrics and support crisis/community response efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in community relations, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs.
  • •Demonstrated success building partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication skills plus project management and event coordination ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communications and social media platforms.
