Key Responsibilities

  • •Distill complex user and technical requirements into simple interfaces and user experiences.
  • •With engineers and designers, come up with platform-level capabilities that provide a scaled benefit and solve for multiple use cases at once.
  • •See around corners, spotting unforeseen use cases and opportunities to future-proof the platform.
  • •Dig into details and “go-and-see” how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help them.
  • •Collaborate with other Rippling finance products teams - core payroll, payments, compliance, and other product teams to ship major enhancements to the platform.
