•Perform hardware characterization on complex systems within safety guidelines.

•Generate internal and external documentation, presentations, and technical reports for products.
•Measure film properties, interpret data, and interact with customers/vendors to resolve concerns and implement new technology.

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master or Bachelor in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
•Research focus in semiconductor (added advantage).
•At least 2 years of relevant semiconductor experience, including CVD/PVD/ALD process development.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
