Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel up to 60% to set up and support Carvana remote locations, including desktop, server, network, security surveillance, and AV.
  • •Provide user-facing support by handling incoming IT issues via calls, emails, and walk-ups for PC and Mac users.
  • •Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networked computer systems (hardware, system software, and applications) to ensure availability and security.
  • •Monitor helpdesk ticketing and resolve requests on time to meet Carvana-defined SLAs; document solutions in Jira.
  • •Coordinate vendor/on-site installation or upgrades, maintain infrastructure hardware inventory, and participate in on-call rotation and after-hours work when needed.
