Job Summary

Support corporate strategy and distribution growth for Allianz’s Life and Health business units across Asia. Work with a regional agency/bancassurance distribution team to analyze distribution management dashboards and KPIs, review market trends and competitor developments, interpret financials and growth drivers, and help develop distribution channel transformation initiatives. You’ll also manage ad-hoc strategic projects, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to market development pitches.
