Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Sustainability Crew onboarding training.
  • •Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Work show days and non-show days to ensure waste is sorted and diverted according to goals.
  • •Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager and Supervisor with educational support for crew members and fans.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick after each event, with tasks as assigned as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.7 - 22 hourly

  • •Participate in Sustainability Crew onboarding training.
  • •Be able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift/carry 50+ lbs., with significant time spent sorting materials during show days.
  • •Not afraid to get dirty or work around unpleasant odors.
  • •Ability to work outside in variable weather and manage time to arrive on time and work late hours.
