Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and influence annual compensation planning strategy, including compensation budgets, market adjustments, and variable compensation plans.
  • •Transform and evolve the compensation strategy and team member experience by advancing initiatives aligned with the pay philosophy.
  • •Develop education and presentation materials on compensation programs and policies for executives, managers, COE leaders, and colleagues.
  • •Review the effectiveness of compensation policies and guidelines and proactively identify opportunities to evolve and adjust them.
  • •Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the annual performance and pay process, while mentoring compensation team members.
