Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive a multi-year global delivery center strategy, including strategic priorities, service catalog, location strategy, and work placement guidelines.
  • •Lead a portfolio of programs to build, drive adoption, and integrate delivery centers for standardization and consistency.
  • •Establish stakeholder management and governance (including SteerCo’s and periodic reviews) to communicate progress against strategy.
  • •Create the GDC playbook covering operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning.
  • •Build repeatable onboarding, transition processes, and best practices to scale delivery resources to 10,000+.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
  • •Proven track record building, scaling, and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
  • •Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
  • •Fluent, professional English with executive-level communication and influencing skills in multinational environments.
